bfi is an authorized distributor and supplier under the COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT PROGRAM of the State of New Jersey and State of New York, commonly called "State Contracts".

What are the State Contracts?

The State Contracts are a series of agreements that allow state, county, local municipalities and authorities to purchase various commodities at pre-negotiated prices without the time and expense of bidding.

What Are The Advantages of Purchasing through bfi and the State Contract.

You may purchase Furniture and Services without the time and expense of writing specifications and the need to create a formal bid.

Your agency will enjoy:

  • The ability to purchase pre-approved products appropriate for your project

What Services are Included in the bfi held State Contracts?

Included with every purchase are detailed product specifications, processing of the order, freight, delivery and installation at your site. All warranties given to the state are passed on under the Cooperative Procurement Program.

What about bfi Design Services?

Upon request, bfi will provide Interior Design and Planning services as part of the agreement to purchase furniture under the provisions of the State Contract.
