Herman Miller furniture helps spiff up Detriot airport for Super Bowl visitors
The Detriot News today posted a good article today on how Detriot's airport Smith Terminal got a new look thanks to the Super Bowl. What's interesting to note is that every seat was replaced around the ticket counters and in all of the gate areas, a total of 1,700 at a price of $1.2 million. The charcoal gray seats were purchased from Herman Miller, the western Michigan office furniture manufacturer. You can read the article here.
