Dear John,
It seems that I keep writing bfi the same email every year....

John, your team is doing a fantastic job helping me prepare the furniture
package for our new Bio-Tech Laboratory and Office Facility in Cambridge,
Mass.

Donna Banks has researched different manufacturers and offered a variety
viable of solutions based on our budget. I don't know how she does it, but
no matter what challenge I throw at her, whether looking for an obscure
product/manufacturer or just hitting our price points and getting quotes,
she gets back to me in a flash.

Further, Massachusetts fire codes have very strict compliance requirements
for upholstered seating, which is something that I haven't been faced with
before. Donna has been on the phone with just about everyone she can get her
hands on to make sure that any upholstery fabric specified for seating is in
compliance. As you can imagine, this requires a lot of time and leg work.
Her efforts have been of invaluable help to me.

Diane Pezzolla, I believe must be psychic. I swear she reads my mind as we
come up w/ design solutions. As always, she's ready to offer her expertise
on a variety of products, and I'm always so happy with her suggestions and
final outcome. She has been a constant design reference for me, and I value
her opinion greatly.

As for Diane Tucker, I'm convinced the woman works 24/7 and we're her only
client...That's true, right? Last time we met she brought about 200 lbs of
product literature for me to choose from. That's a lot of research! She's
battled w/ furniture suppliers on my behalf and has done countless take-off
options (She knows how picky I am) She's amazing!

This is a very competitive business, and you know we deal several furniture
dealerships. However, I know what team to go to when I want the best overall
design/service. (yes, I'm working them to death).

I know you are aware that these ladies are the creme-de-la-creme, that they
excel at their jobs, put in the extra effort, in fact, everything any boss
would want to hear about his people. I know how proud I feel when someone
in my team is commended. So, I just thought I'd pass the feeling along to
you.

Thank you and the rest of the bfi staff for your efforts. As always, its a
pleasure dealing with all of you.

Warm Regards,
Maribel
