I just wanted to let you know that Susan Karpf is a life saver! She is always there for me in crunch time situations. For the last 2 weeks I have called her to order Aeron chairs from our project orders. These are huge orders, 36 chairs last week, and 71 this week. I have emailed her at the last minute (Thursday at 5pm for a Friday delivery), and she has come through. She always follows up with a confirmation, she makes you aware of everything, and services with a smile that comes through the phone. It is a good feeling to know that I can rely on her.
